My good friend and fellow Motörheadbanger Shuhei writes to tell me that the film Lemmy, or as in Japan - 極悪レミー Gokuaku Lemmy has had a long run in Tokyo which started in 3 movie theatres on the 3rd December and finally finishing its run on Friday. The above Marshall amp & photo display was on show at the film theatre while the film enjoyed a popular run. Not only that but the film now goes on general nationwide release in Japan to be shown at 28 cinemas. Excellent.
And to think it only got the briefest of briefest cinema runs here in Blighty!
Thank you very much to Shuhei for the picture of the display

Japan is plainly the place to be.
Steveand sadly, to date, I've never been...I'm usually heading in west rather than east...but one day, one day!
I suppose I've got to ask the obvious question: does it go all the way to 11?
John That's what I like about the BBC iPlayer's volume control
Hello, Jimmy.
I have been to the thatre three times.
It's amazing that the movie was screened in Japan longer than British thatres.
Thank you.
ShuheiWell done. I envy that. I would have been obliged to have just seen it once on the big screen.
Still good it is getting a successful run in Japan.
Thanks again for the photo above and the other images you sent today.
Happy Setsubun!
Send those Demons packing.
"Demons out!"
And hey, See us burning!
Jimmy
Japan quite literally ROCKS! I'd love to visit one day too Jimmy, maybe we can make it a lads holiday?
Death Certificate A wonderful country, yes one day I will visit its shores. Above any other place in the world, Japan remains my number 1 choice of location. One day old chum, one day.
