Ah that live CD is ultra HTF, giveaway to lucky maniacs who reserved tickets for a show in Osaka, as far as I remember. but we can't give up, can we?

Keiichi-san Yes I think this Osaka show give away is rather too rare! But you never know one might turn up in the future. The sleeve looks great and I won't give up searching - one day you never know!
