Ok I really have little idea of who reads this blog, I mean I know my regular (and most welcome) readers but are there any of you out there who can help with the following...
I've copies of the superlative Metal album Black Sanctuary by the cult Metal band GENOCIDE nippon available to any Internet radio station or heavy metal DJ who will add the band to their playlist. I'm talking serious interest because alas Pop Pickers I've had a few time wasters over the past couple of years who have let me down...so if you are involved in an Internet radio setup or can recommend a willing victim there are free original copies of Black Sanctuary just waiting to be played on air!
Just ask please.
Thank you!
And worth a mention here is 5 years of the excellent website T-Shirt Slayer celebrating the world of the Metal t-shirt and Kutte!
http://tshirtslayer.com/
On there you will find just about every band and patch known to man and I suspect, beast!
Feast your eyes on the sea of shirts and cut-offs!
My own fine GENOCIDE nippon apparel may be found amidst its hallowed 'pages'.
And finally, it is thanks to my old chum Mike who first set me on the scent, and to the wonders of Sky Arts HD, that I am now revelling in the complete series of 'Metal Evolution' (and it really goes up to 11, programmes that is). Top notch!
And now my lunchtime Playlist to welcome back the falling snow!
It was -5C this morning and the snow continues to flurry...
Down Rodeo - Rage Against the Machine
Supernaut - Black Sabbath
Shoot You In The Back - Motörhead
Crossrocker - Iron Claw
Return to Serenity - Testament

Ever thought of doing your own podcast Jimmy? If you've got Garageband, I'm assured by The Number One Son that it's fairly easy to knock one up; then you can play your metallic melodies all day long.
I'm with John above - great idea. How's about it, Jimmy, sir?
John - this is worth investigating, thanks!
I'm obliged.
Steve - thanks for the supportive words.
Gentlemen, I will give it serious consideration.
I love the way that volume knob on the Amp goes to eleven :-)
Stu - this is actually a DAB/FM radio available to buy.
Smart isn't it?
All volume knobs should go up to 11
;)
No doubt Onslaught radio already have a copy but it may be worth contacting them.
I'm all for you starting to podcast of course. One of my other friends does one and thoroughly enjoys it. Even if it's only an occasional thing it would be great.
Toast - Onslaught Radio do indeed have a copy of the album, courtesy of this particular GENOCIDE maniac.
I'm not going to name and shame the various radio 'stations' that have copies and did nothing. Of course, greater than a self made Podcast would be a genuine Metal show playing the GENOCIDE album on a regular basis. The more AirPlay the better for the band, of course we get back to the arrogance of western views on Japanese heavy metal bands...
Try playing thrash metal here :-

Stu
Go ahead! Name and shame the swine.
Any Metal fan who is not a fan of the many excellent Japanese bands probably has never given them a chance, which is why it's so important to get them airplay.
Ole Phat Stu! HAHAHA! I'll give that one a miss, I don't fancy taking my knob up to 11 on that thing ;D
Stu - heavy water?
Toast - my mission is to spread the unholy wonder of GENOCIDE nippon so all might revell in the Metal glory!!
